How To Make A Reservation

 

Please follow these instructions to help ensure a smooth and easy reservation process.

  1. Check our Availability Calendar to see if your dates are open.

  2. Complete our Reservation Form giving us as much information as possible. We will process your details and get back to you with all your reservation and payment information.

  3. Authorize via PayPal a $100 charge for our Reservation Deposit by clicking here. This will hold your dates until we receive your completed rental agreement.

  4. Click here to download the Rental Agreement (.pdf, 56k).

  5. The Rental Agreement is an Adobe PDF file (56k) and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download the free reader from Adobe by Clicking Here.

  6. Print out the Rental Agreement, complete it fully and fax it back to us at the number we will give you. You may alternatively mail it to the address we will give you.

  7. Once we receive final payment, we will give you all the additional information you need, including where to pick up your keys.

Last minute bookings may be available.

 

Special midweek rates may be offered.

 

Important information regarding fees and additional costs:

  • Stays less than 30 days subject to 13% tax.
  • Cleaning fee $90.00 US.
  • $100.00 US holding deposit required up front.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
