Slopeside Mammoth :: Policies

 

Policies:

• Check In Time: 4pm - Check Out Time: 11am.
• Minimum Age For Rental: 25 years old.
• No Pets Allowed: There will be a $300.00 fine assessed to anyone found to have a pet in the suite or in the Sunstone building. Sorry, condo rules.
• Kid Friendly: Children are welcome! Please have your children treat the suite with respect, treat our home as if it were yours, no jumping or eating on the couch please to avoid accidents.
• Smoking Not Allowed: absolutely NO SMOKING! Even on the patio. There will be a $500.00 fine assessed to anyone found to have smoked in the suite or on the balcony.

 

Payment Policies:

• A non-refundable $100.00 reservation deposit will be collected at the time of booking through the secure PayPal system to hold your reservation until final payment is received.
• You may pay the balance due by personal check mailed to us or you can pay online via the popular and secure PayPal system.
• All payments must be made in full within 15 days of booking the reservation or due immediately if booked within 15 days of arrival.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

• $100.00 reservation deposit is not refundable.
• If you must cancel, we will do our best to fill your dates. If we can fill the dates, we will refund your entire payment (minus the $100.00 reservation deposit). In the event we can not fill your dates, then you will be responsible for the entire stay or the portion that was not rebooked in addition to the non refundable $100.00 reservation deposit.
• There are no refunds for poor snow or road conditions, severe weather or early departure.

 

Change Of Date Policies:

• Changes in dates may be made if requested at least 30 days in advance. If within 30 days then the Cancellation/Refund Policies will be followed.
• Changes in dates for the Christmas/New Years season (December 21st, 2007 through January 6th , 2008) must be requested by November 1st, 2007 and will be honored only if we can rebook the dates.
